Patch 7!

Finally! an update! I fixed a few game breaking bugs, and FINALLY fixed the problem with the choppy mouse movement (though I had only recently known of this problem since it was not noticeable in the editor :p)
This is not the overhaul i was planning to do btw

- Fixed mouse controls

- Adjusted Monster position, speed and range

- Fixed ampmeter and amp warning signal

- Fixed and reuploaded web build
